From the Benchmark set by the leadership, we are to demonstrate the attitude, behavior and actions that we live and work by at Penthaus. This trend is set from the top-down, so as to set expectations and to allocate resources adequately.
In this ever evolving working environment, it is vital to conduct continuous evaluation of possible health and safety risks, as well as to implement appropriate controls to minimize injuries, property damages and other negative business impacts.
With our four-step performance management structure, we are able to govern and improve on our targets and objectives in coordination with our risk management. We “Plan, Actualize, Check, and Review.”
Communication and feedback with and from our people is important in ensuring real time adoption and implementation of health and safety information and support. We make sure to keep our communication channels as open and accessible as possible.
We frequently conduct training and competency revision programs, to ensure that our people have the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to safely perform their duties.
Having processes that maintain a comprehensive incident management and emergency response is essential in any organization. These processes include notification, escalation, recording, investigation and review of events. Appropriate response to emergency situations is also important as it protects those impacted by work activities.
By conducting periodic reports and audits we are able to identify trends, measure progress, and establish the effectiveness of our management systems. This is in order to continuously improve, evolve and strengthen our safety program.
