I'm Lesego Rankwaila.

Architect and Project Manager

I'm a practising Architect and Project Manager with over a decade of experience. I hold a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Botswana, an MSc in Project Management from the University of Sunderland (Class of 2017 Valedictorian), and a Prince2 Foundation certification.

Ms Lesego Daughter Rankwaila is a practising Architect and Project Manager with over a decade of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Botswana, an MSc in Project Management from the University of Sunderland (Class of 2017 Valedictorian), and a Prince2 Foundation certification. She is affiliated with key professional bodies including the Architects Registration Council, Architects Association of Botswana, Botswana Women in Construction, and Project Management Institute.

Her experience spans government, private, and parastatal sectors, including major infrastructure projects for the Ministry of Defence and Justice. She has worked at Gabana Architects, co-founded Fineline Architects and worked as lecturer at the University of Botswana. She is passionate about shaping future professionals while actively contributing to industry bodies and leadership roles in Various associations.

Petunia is a registered architect with the Botswana Architects Registration Council and a qualified urban designer. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Botswana and a first class MSc in Urban Design from the Eastern Mediterranean University, and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Cape Town. She is affiliated with key professional bodies including the Architects Association of Botswana, Botswana Women in Construction, and International Facilities Management Association.

With over 7 years of experience, mainly as a lecturer at the University of Botswana, she has also contributed to private sector projects, including a major facilities management project for the Ministry of Health. She is co-founder of Fineline Architects and is passionate about urban revitalisation, sustainable development, and communitybased facilities management.
